The Customer must provide correct contact, delivery, and payment information.

4. Payment
Accepted payment method is PayPal.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal; the Seller does not store sensitive payment information.
Payment must be completed before shipment.

5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out via a shipping company chosen by the Seller, including Czech Post, PPL, or DHL.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

6. Withdrawal and Refund
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt.

Returned goods must be in their original condition.
Refunds are made within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned goods.
The Customer bears the cost of return unless otherwise agreed.
